"As soon as a man becomes equal to life – entirely lives it, commanding thought and every other occasion by expression – there can no longer be any "personal" occasion for art, every romaticisim has been surpassed. It becomes entirely symbolic and luxurious." Lewis L. Thompson

My work is a quest with ineffability in the human/cosmic nexus. As such it revolves around seeing/making things as they really are. It asks what constitutes a symbol that leaps out with joy, delight, beauty, and harmony, and confirms us so completely that we are reminded of ourselves as a unity of ambiguity and clarity. The dynamic involves weighing the human/cosmic situation as it bounces fully here and there as empty space without a gap in the entire world to let it in.
